How do you follow up a 108-win, 2018 World Series champion Boston Red Sox campaign that will go down in lore as one of the best teams in the franchise's 120-year history?

You double down and go bold, apparently, which is what manager Alex Cora did Thursday night when speaking to reporters at the Boston BBWAA Dinner.

Why so convicted about a bigger and better 2019?

"They're never satisfied," Cora told reporters. "If you start looking at some of the players we have . . . I do feel we're going to be better, we're going to be better. And hopefully we have some good luck in October."
