Dave Dombrowski, the new president of baseball operations, has his work cut out for him with a lengthy to-do list already taking shape.

What should be at the top of his list as he takes the reins of the Red Sox? 

Lou Merloni believes Dombrowski's top priorities are to familiarize himself with the minor league system, rid himself of Hanley Ramirez and to improve the Red Sox bullpen.
