Grant Williams calls the Celtics “one of the funniest teams” he's been on

Grant Williams got a taste of the Celtics' three-point shooting competitions at Wednesday's practice and held his own against Jayson Tatum.

Tatum eventually won, but Williams can be seen hitting 10 threes in a row with Tatum right in his ear.

Later on, Williams tweeted out how this Celtics team is one of the funniest teams he's ever been on.

Williams' three-point shooting should play a large part in determining how involved his role will be in the Celtics rotation. His basketball IQ should help him hold his own on defense and play as a ball-screener on offense, but if he can consistently knock down threes, Williams could make a case for a starting spot.

The Celtics don't have a proven player that you'd label as a power forward. They'll likely start the season with a combination of wings (Gordon Hayward, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum) at that spot, but Williams earning big minutes would help Boston match up with bigger teams.
