Jaylen Brown is diving headfirst into his training this summer.
The Boston Celtics forward shared a video Saturday on Instagram that shows him going through an intense underwater workout in the deep end of a pool.

Brown's wild workout included squat jumps, backflips and more, all while he held dumbbells several feet underwater. That's a creative form of resistance training -- and a nice way to stay cool in the summer heat.
Brown is aiming to reclaim All-Star status entering his seventh NBA season. The 25-year-old averaged 23.6 points, 6.1 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game last season but failed to make the All-Star team after earning his first nod in 2019-20.
The spotlight is shining brighter on Brown in light of Monday morning's reports that the Celtics included their talented young wing in a trade offer to the Brooklyn Nets for Kevin Durant. Brown is under contract through 2023-24, but the C's could view him as a trade chip to help them acquire one of the greatest players of his generation in Durant.
Unless the Celtics decide to make a splash, however, they should have a very motivated and in-shape Brown entering training camp in September.
