Celtics point guard Isaiah Thomas has pronounced himself ready for training camp after resting and rehabbing his injured hip and, while conducting his basketball camp at Boston University Saturday, he welcomed Red Sox All-Star outfielder Mookie Betts, who presented I.T. with an autographed pair of shoes.
