Team USA Basketball vs. Japan live stream: How to watch FIBA World Cup game

USA Basketball (and Boston Celtics fans) will be hoping for a much less dramatic outcome Thursday at the 2019 FIBA World Cup.

Team USA takes on Japan in its final Group E matchup Thursday morning in China after surviving Turkey in overtime Tuesday to improve to 2-0. Japan enters the game 0-2 in group play.

Celtics star Jayson Tatum won't play in this one after spraining his ankle against Turkey, which could mean more playing time for teammate Jaylen Brown.

Fellow C's Kemba Walker and Marcus Smart also should see significant minutes as the Americans aim to punch their ticket to the second round.
