As youve probably heard by now, Curt Schilling is back in the news after revealing that back in 2008 former members of the (Red Sox) organization suggested that he take PEDs to help recover from a shoulder injury.
Schilling reportedly refused, and that report is backed up by the fact that his shoulder never improved. However, as youd expect, the allegations arent being taken lightly within the Sox organization.
Certainly is something to look into, Larry Lucchino told reporters. But it came out of left field.
Well, here at Standing Room Only, we did look into it. And what we found was startling. More specifically, we've unconvered a line-by-line transcript of the conversation that Schilling had with said "former member of the organization." Hold on to your hats. It's a doozy.
Hey, Josh. Man, we need you, man. I tell you, man. Just take this stuff. Its all good.
Manny, my name is Curt.
"No one tells Manny what to do! Forget you then!"
(Manny punches Schilling in the face and walks out of the clubhouse wearing nothing but a Speedo.)
And there it is.
Time to call off the investigation, Larry
