Lee's release means Brady needs new condo tenant

If you can afford $15,000 a month in housing costs, has Tom Brady got a deal for you.

As first reported by the Boston Herald's Jeff Howe on Twitter, and later expanded upon by Jay Kenney and Steve Silva of dirtywatermedia.com, Brady suddenly found himself without a tenant for his Beacon Street condo when the Celtics released David Lee. Lee had been renting from Brady -- at 15 grand per month -- but now is headed to Dallas, leaving the condo empty.

So if you're in the market for (according to Kenney and Silva) a fully furnished, one-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath, 2,450-square foot living space that includes a garaged parking spot, get word to Brady. You might have hit the jackpot.
