Patriots torched Nickell Robey-Coleman last time they played him in Buffalo

Los Angeles Rams cornerback Nickell Robey-Coleman, in an explosive interview with Bleacher Report, provided New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady with all of the bulletin board material he needs during Super Bowl week.

Robey-Coleman, who was at the center of the controversial blown call in the NFC Championship Game, didn't shy away from blasting the Patriots, and he had this to say about Brady.

"Age has definitely taken a toll. For him to still be doing it, that's a great compliment for him. But I think that he's definitely not the same quarterback he was,” Robey-Coleman assessed. "Movement. Speed. Velocity. Arm strength. He still can sling it, but he's not slinging it as much. Whatever he was doing -- because of his age and all that -- he's not doing as much of that anymore. He's still doing the same things; he's just not doing as much of it. And sometimes, it's not the sharpest. But it still gets done."

The last time the Patriots played Robey-Coleman he was a member of the Buffalo Bills during the 2016 season. Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski and Brady beat the former Bills defensive back rather easily in that Week 8 game, too. Check out a replay of the touchdown (the 69th of Gronkowski's career) in the tweet below:

Brady finished this game with 315 yards and four touchdown passes.

Robey-Coleman will need to play at a much higher level Sunday if he's going to produce better defensive results against the Patriots in Super Bowl LIII.
