The Bruins weren't sure whether or not David Krejci, who's out with a "core" injury, would be able to play against the Blackhawks on Saturday. Now they know he's out.
According to Claude Julien, Krejci will remain in Boston and is still, presumably, "day-to-day."
Adam McQuaid suffered a head injury Wednesday night, but he will travel with the team to Chicago. No determination has been made yet as to whether or not he will play Saturday.
